March topics:

March 3: Surprise and new members.  We’re going to wing it on this one

March 10: Wisdom and Learning. How do we create rituals, measures and tokens around passing on information among our communities? We’ll also cover Intellectual property and how we can reenvision knowledge sharing.

March 17: Social cohesion. The intentional part of intentional communities means not everyone is admitted. Are there other ways of dealing with social cohesion that we can implement that don’t simply select people out if they don’t fit in? How can we manage geographical communities and mutual commitment without exclusions?

March 24: Ecology and nature: How do we create communities and behaviors that respect the planet we are on? What kinds of measures could be better than carbon credits and Cap & Trade?

March 31: Social Sanctions and Rehabilitation: What are good ways to manage social sanctions, rehabilitation and forgiveness on online and newly formed communities? What rituals and measures can help with that?

Ideas for April Topics: Please contact me, comment below, or join the telegram group to propose topics. Our policy for topic suggestions is that all are accepted unless there is a material objection by a member of the discussion group. So far proposed topics: Digital Identity, Food Tokens, CBDC
